PIA-13: The Philippines has improved in the 2011 Press Freedom Index by the Reporters sans Frontières (RSF) or Reporters without Borders because of better democratic space in the country. RSF, a Brussels-based organization, said the Phils has improved slightly in its 2011 Press Freedom Index although it still reels from the stigma of the November 2009 Maguindanao massacre where at least 57 were killed including 32 media people

The PBRS is a web-based system that will serve as a one-stop shop for entrepreneurs who want to transact or register their businesses, BIR documents as well as Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth & SSS. Those documents are prerequisite in opening up a business.
