PIA-1/LA UNION: The PIA-1, as chair of the Advocacy Committee of the Association of Regional Executives (AREX), spearheads kapihan as venue for the regional executives to disseminate their agency's programs, projects, and accomplishments. PIA-1/PANGASINAN: Dagupan City turns Chinatown today with the celebration of Chinese New Year. Activities include motorized parade, food court featuring Chinese food and a cultural program tonight featuring four groups of Lion dancers. The city's mayor and vice-mayor both have Chinese blood.
