PIA-CAR/: BAGUIO CITY: Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan ordered the suspension of the implementation of the city's number coding ordinance following the expected arrival of thousands of local and foreign tourists during the celebration of the Baguio Flower Flower Festival. The number coding suspension is slated from February 13 to March 2 or a span of 19 days covering private vehicles only. The suspension is also in line with the celebration of the Philippine Military Academy Alumni homecoming
CAR/BAGUIO CITY: 14 elementary schools with children-participants and their own drum and lyre groups playing the popular Panangbenga tune shall kick-off the Baguio Flower Festival on Wednesday, February 1 with parade along Session and Harrison roads and dance showdown at the Athletic Bowl, Burnham Park.
